Abdy Campsite – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for staying at (“Abdy Campsite", “we”, “us”). By booking and staying at the Campsite, you agree to comply with these Terms, as well as the Camping and Caravanning Club’s own booking conditions.
1. Bookings

All bookings must be made through the Camping and Caravanning Club system.

Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Club.

Full payment (or deposit, if applicable) is required as per the Club’s booking terms.

Minimum/maximum stay requirements may apply during peak seasons.
2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: From 12pm on day of arrival

Check-out: By 11am on day of departure
-
Late departures may incur an additional charge.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
-
Pitch cancellations must be made directly through the Camping and Caravanning Club.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the Club’s policies.
4. Use of the Campsite
-
Pitches are for the number of guests specified at booking.
-
No sub-letting of pitches.
-
Quiet hours: 11pm to 7am – please respect other guests.
-
Petrol Generators must not be used unless with prior permission.
5. Facilities
-
Use of all facilities (toilets, showers, waste disposal) is included in your pitch fee unless stated otherwise.

Children must be supervised at all times.
-
Keep facilities clean and report any damage to staff immediately.
6. Fires & BBQs
-
Open fires are only permitted in designated areas.

BBQs must be raised off the ground and attended at all times.
-
No foil Disposable BBQ's.

Dispose of ash and waste responsibly.
7. Pets
-
Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times.

Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets.
8. Health & Safety
-
Follow all safety notices on site.

In an emergency, call 999 and notify site staff immediately.

The Campsite is not responsible for accidents or injuries unless caused by our negligence.
9. Liability
-
We accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
-
Vehicles are parked at owner’s risk.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave without refund for breaches of these Terms.
10. Environmental Responsibility
-
Dispose of waste in designated bins.
-
Do not damage trees, plants, or wildlife.
-
Refrain from using harsh chemicals in waste disposal points.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your stay will apply.
